Leadership in Dive Education

Leadership in dive education is often quieter than people expect. It is preparation, tone, patience and the ability to make others feel capable.

Candidates bring different strengths into an IDC. Some are confident speakers, some are excellent in-water demonstrators, some are naturally observant.
